These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the cleaning services provided by Total Cleaning Services LLC, doing business as River Oaks Cleaning Company("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
We provide residential cleaning services in Houston, Texas, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. The specific scope of work for each service is described on our website at https://riveroakscleaningcompany.com/services.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- Services may be booked through our website, by phone at (832) 786-2843, or by email at contact@riveroakscleaningcompany.com.
- A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of this confirmation.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details (address, access instructions, service type, and special requests) are accurate.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price.
- If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time and location and is unable to access the property through no fault of our own, a lockout fee may apply.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as specified during the booking process.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through our booking platform.
- Prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for that service.
- Promotional discounts and coupon codes are valid only for the specified offer period and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
- We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of the completed service.
- We will schedule a complimentary re-clean of the areas in question at no additional charge.
- The re-clean must be completed within 72 hours of the original service. Re-cleans are limited to the specific areas of concern identified in your request.
6. Access and Property
- You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for our cleaning team.
- Please secure valuables, fragile items, and items of sentimental value before each cleaning visit.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not properly secured.
7. Liability Limitations
- All cleaning professionals are insured. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team during the course of service, we will assess and address the claim promptly.
- Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of the completed service, accompanied by photographs and a description of the damage.
- Our total liability for any single claim shall not exceed the cost of the cleaning service during which the damage occurred.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
8. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure that pets are secured or that we are informed of any pets on the premises.
- Notify us of any hazardous materials, pest issues, or safety concerns prior to the scheduled service.
- Provide working utilities (water, electricity) required for the cleaning service.
9. Non-Solicitation
You agree not to directly hire, solicit, or contract with any cleaning professional introduced to you through our company for a period of 12 months following their last service at your property. A referral fee of $2,500 will apply if this clause is breached.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
